One super gel provides you with 40g of carbohydrates, therefore enough energy for 40 minutes of moderate to intense exercise. As always, we’ve used natural fruit flavourings to bring you the delicious Tropical, Berry and Cherry flavours, specifically coming from real fruit juice concentrate, providing a refreshing fruity taste.
