India Lee Wins First Race of the T100 Series

India’s 2024 season has started in the best way possible. Winning the first race of the newly named, T100 Series in Miami on Saturday 9th March. 

She took the tape on the fast tarmac of the Homestead-Miami speedway, putting in a phenomenal effort on the bike leg to catch Lucy Charles-Barclay, before biding her time on the 18km run, taking the lead in the first few laps. Finishing the race with a 30 second lead, and the fastest bike and run times of the day.

With 7 more races to go as part of the series, we are so excited to see India battling it out with the best in the world and securing more podium finishes.

The T100 series includes 8 races across the world, featuring the worlds best Long Course Triathletes, including current and past World and Olympic Champions, all fighting for a big prize purse, as well as being crowned the World T100 Champion. Each race involves a 2km swim, 80km bike, and finishes with an 18km run. The next race is at the end of April in Singapore, where the heat and humidity will play a huge part in the race!
