As the brand grows across the UK and international markets, we are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Operations & Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain, logistics, and operational finance.
Role Overview: OTE is looking for an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager responsible for the end-to-end supply chain, procurement, warehousing, fulfilment, and logistics functions—across both domestic and European markets. This is a highly collaborative role with a wide scope, ideal for someone with a proactive mindset and a track record of building systems and improving efficiency and profitability in a growing SME environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain & Procurement
Oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations.
Manage and develop supplier relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality supply.
Plan, manage & co-ordinate all activities related to sourcing supplies needed to meet changing levels of product demand across all channels and markets.
Negotiate costs to optimise product margins.
Warehouse & Fulfilment
Oversee inbound stock processes, rotation, and accuracy.
Manage third-party warehousing and relationships (UK and EU).
Optimise systems such as Zenstores and Amazon FBA to ensure fulfilment efficiency.
Ensure real-time stock visibility and inventory accuracy across platforms.
European Operations
Manage product compliance for EU regulations and ensure import/export readiness.
Oversee customs import/export processes including the handling of EU taxes and documentation.
Manage fulfilment for EU B2B and B2C orders, ensuring cost-efficient delivery and compliance.
Amazon Operations
Lead forecasting, stock management, and compliance for Amazon UK and EU.
Postage & Freight
Manage domestic and international postage and freight accounts.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels with courier and logistics partners.
Maintain strong relationships with account managers to ensure service performance.
About You:
Minimum 3+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain management—ideally in FMCG, ecommerce, or consumer health/sport sectors.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and European logistics/compliance.
Experience working with international markets.
Proven ability to manage 3PLs, warehousing partners, and freight providers.
Highly proficient in forecasting, cost analysis, and procurement negotiation.
Competent in using ERP, order, and finance platforms (e.g. Xero, Zenstores).
Excellent communication and management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised, and solutions-oriented.
