Sodium bicarbonate increases your body's buffering capacity, helping remove hydrogen ions from working muscles and slowing the rise in acidity. The result? You can sustain high-intensity efforts for longer, push harder through intervals and still have more to give when it matters most.

Dosing is weight-based, so there's no guesswork:

  • 2 scoop serving for someone who weighs >50kg-63kg
  • 3 scoop serving for someone who weighs 64-79kg
  • 4 scoop serving for someone who weighs 80kg+

Raw bicarbonate is inherently a high risk cause of GI distress. However we've worked vigorously on creating the perfect formula so it doesn't cause any stomach issues. Using gelling agents and both sodium + potassium bicarbonate, we've found this to be the best formula to protect the bicarbonate in the stomach.
