A single hydration supplement drink should be sufficient to adequately hydrate the body. If you continue to feel thirsty after a supplement drink, keep sipping regular water.

Hydration tablets can be taken before, during, or after a workout. Take them about an hour before beginning your exercise, or if using during your workout, sip every 10 to 20 minutes. The optimal time to use hydration tablets is after your workout, as this helps your body stay sufficiently hydrated and replenished.
