Super Green Smoothie Recipe Ideas

The OTE Super Greens are a great way to bolster your intake of vitamins and minerals, especially when you are travelling or competing. We’ve come up with some delicious smoothie recipes that can easily include our lime flavoured Super Greens!

As long as you’ve got a blender these are quick and easy to add to your daily routine, and come with some fantastic health benefits!

Green Boost Blast

Ingredients:

  • Hand full of Kale
  • 1 peach
  • 1 banana
  • Handful of strawberries
  • 1 scoop super greens

Simply add it all together into a blender then fill to max line/ cover fruit with water!! A smoothie recipe doesn’t get easier than that.

Blend until totally smooth and enjoy cold.

Ingredients:

  • ½ apple
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ banana
  • ½ orange
  • ½ peach
  • ½ pear
  • 1 cup of berries of your choice
  • 1 scoop super greens

Simply add it all together into a blender & fill to max line/ cover fruit with water.

Blend until totally smooth and enjoy cold.
