Our Mixed Energy Gel Box provides you with 20 energy gels, specifically in the flavours of Orange and Lemon & Lime, which are also our best sellers. Designed to provide quick release energy during exercise. They also contain electrolytes to help replace salts lost during sweating. One gel provides you with 20g of carbohydrates, so enough energy for 20 minutes of moderate to intense exercise.

The natural fruit flavours, from real fruit juice, so provides a refreshing fruity taste in an easy to consume, almost liquid like consistency.

All our gels are produced in an Informed Sport certified manufacturing facility, therefore is safe for the use of elite athletes.

We also have a mixed energy gel box that contains our other two flavours of Blackcurrant and Apple.
