About this product
This Mixed Energy Gel Box provides you with 20 energy gels in two flavours- Blackcurrant & Apple. Designed to provide quick release energy during exercise. They also contain electrolytes to help replace salts lost during sweating . One gel provides you with 20g of carbohydrates, enough energy for 20 minutes of moderate to intense exercise.
The natural fruit flavours, from real fruit juice, provide a refreshing fruity taste in an easy to consume, almost liquid like consistency.
