Delivery Policy
We will always endeavour to get your orders to you as soon as possible.
2-4 days Delivery:
2-4 day delivery to UK Mainland = £4.00
Free 2-4 day delivery to UK Mainland addresses on orders over £40.00
Deliveries are normally received in two to four working day for orders received before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm during the week or at Weekends / Bank Holidays are processed and dispatched the next working day.
Next Day Delivery: (when placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm)
FREE Evri Next Day delivery service for all orders over £75.
Premium Next Day = £6.99. On orders under £100.
FREE Premium Next Day. On orders over £100.
Next Day Delivery is only available to UK Mainland address. This excludes Northern Ireland. Orders placed after 1pm during the week, at the Weekend, or Bank Holidays, are processed and dispatched the next working day.
UK Non-Mainland & Remote Locations :
Now FREE when you spend over £50
Deliveries under £50 to Scottish Islands/Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles and Northern Ireland, are charged at £5.00
Deliveries are normally within 2 – 4 working days.

Collect your order from our OTE HQ in Leeds. This service is FREE.

Give us a call and we can have your order ready to collect within 1 hour. Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. Excluding Bank Holidays.
Our Policy
Our delivery service requires a signature upon delivery, our courier will leave notice if the attempted delivery is unsuccessful. Normal delivery hours are between 08:00hrs and 18:00hrs. If our courier is unsuccessful with the delivery the parcel will be returned to the OTE Bunker. Upon receipt of the returned parcel OTE will notify you and make alternative arrangements for the re-delivery.
It is in the customers best interests (not mandatory) to provide a current email address and mobile phone number in order that our courier can provide up to date delivery and tracking information. If a mobile phone number is provided our courier will send an SMS message with details of your 1 hour delivery window on the scheduled day of delivery.
There is no guarantee of next day delivery, orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks. There may be delays in despatching your order when we are very busy – please bear with us our
courier will use their best endeavours to deliver next day. For some parts of the country delivery may take 2-3 days, particularly in the more remote areas of the Highlands.
When your order is dispatched you will be receive a confirmation e-mail from OTE Sports.
We also use a courier service for the majority of International orders. For mainland Europe orders typically take 2-6 days, Worldwide destinations may take longer. Further delays can occur at the customs and Import Offices of the destination country – unfortunately this is beyond our control. The customer may also be responsible for any Import duty.
BFPO Addresses
We can ship to BFPO addresses via Royal Mail. For active combat zones there is a strict 2 kg weight limit, please take this into account when placing your order.
Due to changeable International Import restrictions in certain Worldwide territories it may be necessary to contact the OTE team to discuss specific order requirements.
