Anytime Protein Baked Oats

Have you tried baked oats? We’re big believers in a great breakfast setting you up for an even better day. Whether it’s before a big training session, an off-road adventure or a long day at work; baked oats is a fantastic breakfast idea!

Porridge is great, but it can get a bit boring at times. This protein packed, baked oats alternative, almost feels quite indulgent compared to a standard bowl of porridge. When blended smooth and baked it’s almost pudding like in its consistency, but still delivering the high carb benefits, fuller for longer benefits.

Ingredients

  • 120g oats
  •  55g white chocolate Anytime protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons of yoghurt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Big drizzle of maple syrup
  • 175ml of milk

Pre-heat your oven to 190C.

Mix together all the above ingredients then blend to a smooth consistency. We use a something like a Nutribullet for this, as it’s a great way to mix a smaller amount for just a one person portion.

Place in a small ovenproof dish, top with your favourite fruits or chocolate chips, then bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes. Keep an eye on it, try catch it as its start to brown and firm up around the edges. That usually means the middle is still a little bit gooey.

So simple! So delicious. We’d have baked oats everyday if we could!

Our favourite protein to add to the baked oats is the White Chocolate Anytime Whey, but the Chocolate Anytime Whey works just as well too!
