Our Mixed Super Gel Box provides you with 24 super gels in our two flavours: Tropical & development flavour Citrus. Designed to provide high carbohydrate boost during exercise.
They also contain electrolytes to help replace salts lost during sweating. One super gel provides you with 40g of carbohydrates, therefore enough energy for 40 minutes of moderate to intense exercise.
