At OTE, we know there are benefits to eating our energy bars either side of a workout. By eating your energy bar between 30 and 60 minutes before exercise, you can benefit from an energy boost that fuels your body and helps you perform at your best.

Eating your energy bar within the first half an hour after your workout, however, can support recovery and act as a healthy snack to satisfy hunger. Energy bars can also be picked up as convenient, on-the-go snacks as part of a balanced diet.

Thanks to our range containing both oat- and rice-based varieties with plenty of flavour options, all OTE Anytime and Duo Bars have slightly different calorie contents. Our Lemon Drizzle Anytime Bar, for example, contains 240 calories per 62g serving, while our Coconut Choc Chip Vegan Anytime Bar contains 255 calories.
